Testimonials from Participants

Dear Mary,

Thank you! Thank you! This was the trip of a lifetime for me. I can't thank you enough for the trip you put together for us. It was all I hoped for and much more. It was a true pilgrimage for me—healing, fun, delightful. I am so grateful for the gift of it. And ever since I've arrive home, I read your beautiful blessing on your Glendalough card every day. It brings me back to the wonder and beauty of it all. My heart, my body, my whole being feels renewed and deeply touched with the Oneness of all. Thank you for sharing your gifts, your vision, and your awe-inspiring prayers and rituals. You are a true gift!

Much love,

liam lawtonI have been privileged to work with Mary Evers on a number of projects both here in Ireland and in the U.S. I hold her in great esteem as she infuses all she does with great passion and enthusiasm. This comes from her deep knowledge of her subject but also from a deep faith that finds expression in ritual, writing and prayer. Mary's rich faith has been enriched especially by her great respect for all things Celtic and by her sojourns of reflection in such places as the Valley of the Saints in beautiful Glendalough ,the garden of Ireland in Wicklow. I highly recommend the work of Mary Evers and I have no doubt that anyone who becomes a Pilgrim with her, wherever, will have their lives opened to many blessings.

irelandDear Mary,

I recall the Celtic Spirituality experience as a time when my heart was moved to a new relationship with God. It was a time of peace, joy, trust and love. Glendalough is a serene and holy place to find God. As God spoke through Michael at prayer time, I felt an enveloping presence of the Divine. Thank you for helping that moment in my life come true.

irelandDear Mary,

I am so glad I went to Ireland with you. I know I have a lot of inner work to do trying to really get in touch with issues and feelings that I have squelched deep down inside for many years. The gift of being there and meeting all of the wonderful people was truly the greatest gift. You opened up doors to a new world of friends, experiences, meaningful memories that are really understood only by us. As I get back into my daily world, I am so much more grateful for my family, my job, and my friends. I hope the tears didn't disturb you too much. They have been a part of me for many years. I wish you peace and love for what you gave me.

Love,
Margaret

Mary,

Many thanks for a great, warm and rewarding excursion to such a wonderful isle. Goethe puts it this way: "To know someone here or there with whom you can feel there is an understanding in spite of distances or thoughts unexpressed can make this earth a garden."

With love,

Dearest Mary,

Just a short twelve months ago, my daughters and I were anticipating a trip to Ireland with you, and now we have so many beautiful and meaningful memories because you were there! It was certainly the ideal way to travel with you in a small group and at our own pace. Needless to say, the culture and the beauty, and yes, the sadness of Irish history caused me to take a few months to absorb and then pleasantly recall. Mary, you were just outstanding as our director and we were blessed by you. I hope your fledgling travel business is blossoming! Thanks again for the memories!

Mary

Thanks for taking such good care of us on our trip to the Old Sod. As our guide, our friend, and our spiritual director, your caring and knowledge of this holy land brought each of us a new appreciation of God's world and our many gifts. And, for me it was a newfound affirmation of the uniqueness of my own life and spiritual identity. Thanks for the memories!

My love,
